Musayeva Tahira Shakir kizi was born on September 27, 1967 in Buruj village of Ter-Ter district.

In 1988, she jointed the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of Baku State University.

Since 1994, she has been employing at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS. Since 1994, she worked as a laboratory assistant, senior laboratory assistant, junior researcher, and from 1999 to 2013, she worked as the head of the human resoureces department. She has been working as an engineer-programmer since February 2013.

She is the technical editor of the scientific journals published in the institute.

Tahira khanim has won the great respect and esteem of every person with whom she communicates with her high human qualities and deep inner culture. T. Musayeva’s noble human qualities such as humanity, hard work, sensitivity and caring earned her great respect and sympathy in the team she worked with.
