Weekly seminar on September 17.06.2015, 10:00 a.m. will feature a report by corresponding member of ANAS, professor, head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis Vagif Sabir oglu Guliyev, entitled “Necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of the fractional integral operators in the local Morrey type spaces on Carnot groups”.

The report is devoted to the problems of boundedness of fractional integral operators defined on Carnot groups in local Morrey type spaces. Necessary and sufficient conditions on the parameters for the boundedness of fractional integral operators in local Morrey type spaces on Carnot groups were found. Also in the horizontal Sobolev-Morrey spaces defined on Carnot groups some embedding theorems were investigated.
