On 12.02.2016, at 12:00 a seminar “Modern problems of harmonic analysis and applications” of “Mathematical Analysis” department was held. At the seminar the post graduate student of “Mathematical analysis” chair of BSU Elmin Agalar oglu Agayev was gived a talk “Some problems of spectral theory of fourth order differential operators”.
The talk deals with structure of subspaces of eigen and associated functions of fourth order completely regular Sturm systems and oscillation properties of eigen functions.
