Today, at the Institute seminar the head of “Functions Theory” doctor in math. Vugar Elman oglu Ismayilov gave a talk on “Representation by linear superpositions”.
The talk deals with necessary and suddicient conditions for representation of functions determined on the given set by linear superpositions. The following result was discussed: if any representation in the subset of the finite set X is true, then this representation is true in the whole set X.
