НАНА Ракиб Фейруз оглы Эфендиев выступит с докладом на тему “Исследование оператора Хилла на звездообразном графе”. Исследуется обратная спектральная задача для оператора Хилла на некомпактном звездообразном графе. Изучена спектр оператора, приведена теорема единственности восстановления потенциалов. Получено конструктивное решение обратной задачи.
